The people at this clinic are beyond just employees. When my sweet boy was sick last year, the compassion and support that I experienced was beyond any comfort I could have hoped for. Now that he transitioned, our newest member of the Kimmel Family was welcomed to the clinic with open arms. I couldn't be happier to have Princess Leia taken care of by these wonderful people.
Our puppy was abused and his leg was broken, Paris Vet Clinic specialize in orthopedic surgery. They have been so amazing with him. So gentle and making sure he doesn't feel abused there too. He has no problem with them taking him to the back to change his split, that says a lot considering how terrified he was of the world when we saved him. Everyone there has been amazing to all of us. Highly recommend.
New to the vet and we had a good experience. My dog is reactive so i was very nervous bringing her in for the first time, but everyone there was so understanding and so kind. I’m happy i made the switch from my old vet to this one.
I called for an emergency appt.
I explained that my Goat Mary whom goes to retirement homes for visits to keep the elderly company is ill, coughing and choking.
They proceeded to tell me my new farm ten minutes further is out of their service area (30 minutes). I had also explained previously I would bring her in if it was faster for them to see her rather then wait…
The office manger said good luck.
I am now trying to get her into OVC, but her gums are now more pale.
This clinic I trusted to take care of her. They have failed her.
The people working here are very nice and efficient. The vets are great. They look after my donkey, pony and dog. I wish their prices were cheaper, but it's like this at all the vet clinics!
A special spay and neuter day for barn cats/ feral cats would be greatly beneficial for those of us who live in rural areas and on farms big and small.
Most amazing staff and great facility. Quick to respond through email or the app. Can book through the app and staff always return calls with any concerns with great knowledge and patience. Have gone with both adult dogs and puppies - always a great experience!

We started taking our puppy to them when we first moved to Brantford and they were caring and gentle with him when getting his last sets of shots. Fast forward a few years, our other dog needing shots and a General check and without issues he was booked in... I have never felt taken advantage of, misguided, misadvised, or judged about my animal care choices coming to this vet.
